Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your product is:
– Faulty or defective
– Not as described on our website
– Different from a sample or demonstration model
– Not fit for its intended purpose

Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind on cat litter and opened pet products (for hygiene & safety reasons).
If unopened and in original condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (subject to approval).

Return Process

2. Assessment: We will review and confirm eligibility for refund, repair, or replacement.
3. Return Instructions: Approved cases will receive the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
– We cover shipping if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
– Customers cover shipping for change-of-mind returns (if accepted).

Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after inspection.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
