We partner with trusted third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure your order is delivered safely, reliably, and efficiently across Australia.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

  • NSW: 3-8 business days
  • VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT: 3-15 business days
  • Regional or remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Zones & How Rates Are Calculated

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Total order value
  • Combined shipment weight

Multiple items in the same order are packed together, and the total weight is used to determine the applicable shipping rate.

🇦🇺 New South Wales (NSW)

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping applies to NSW orders with a total order value of AUD $99 or more.
  • When the free shipping threshold is met, shipping fees are waived regardless of total order weight.

Northern Territory (NT)

We currently do not ship to the Northern Territory. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to extend our delivery coverage in the future.

 

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders use a simplified shipping structure. They are available to NSW and metropolitan/regional postcodes in VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS and ACT only.

Eligible areas — shipping rates

  • NSW: $7.99 (0–6 kg) / $9.99 (over 6 kg) / Free on orders $99+
  • Other States (VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT) — metro and regional: $12.99 (0–6 kg) / $15.99 (over 6 kg) / Free on orders $99+

Areas excluded from subscriptions

  • Northern Territory (NT): we currently don't ship to NT at all, so subscriptions are not available.
  • Remote postcodes in VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS and ACT: due to high remote-area shipping costs, subscriptions are not available for these postcodes. Customers in remote areas are welcome to place one-time orders, which will be shipped at the standard remote rate ($49.99 for 0–6 kg / $69.99 for over 6 kg).
Shipping rates for recurring subscription orders are recalculated dynamically at each billing cycle. If you move to a remote postcode or NT after subscribing, please contact us so we can convert your subscription to one-time orders.

Important Information

  • Shipping rates are not flat-rate and vary depending on weight and delivery location.
  • Free shipping applies only when the order meets the applicable minimum spend at checkout.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
  • Orders exceeding standard weight limits may incur higher shipping charges.
  • Shipping rates are confirmed at checkout and may change without prior notice.

Pick-Up / Click & Collect

  • Pick-up and Click & Collect services are not currently available.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your nominated delivery address.
